Product Returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline. In case of return of the product/s, fill in the special Return Form, which you will find in the package, in order to inform us about the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you. In the offer/discount products the cost of the return is borne by you.

In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

• Do not have damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
• To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or gelatin)
• Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

In case you ask the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the product/products in their original state and provided that the special markings of the product (protectors, cards, labels) have not been removed, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal and with the corresponding sales document. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.

The Return Form gives you the following alternatives:

• Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you returned whether the product is defective (same code, resizable or color), you have been sent the wrong code, or the size is not right for you. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 2 working days from the date of receipt, to inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the replacement. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
• Refund: In case of product return, the refund will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive the products.

For hygiene reasons our company does not accept the returns of swimwear, bodysuits, tights and jewelry, unless they are defective. All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.
