Shipping method and cost

The shipping of the products take place only in the Greek territory, within 2-3 working days through the courier company of GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI after the order is confirmed. Shipping cost is free of charge for orders over 50€.

Delivery time of the order

All orders are sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 18:00, from the day you placed your order.

Pickup from store

When completing your order, you can choose to pick up your order from our store Charilaou Trikoupi 2 in Ioannina. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 working days and during this period you can come to the store at any time and pick up your parcel. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled. For the best service, the competent employees inform the customer about the status of the order before its cancellation.
